We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unopened items in their original packaging with seals intact. To be eligible, the item must not have been used or opened. Please note that e-liquids cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. All other products must be returned in their original packaging.

1. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• Consumable items such as e-liquids, atomisers, tanks, rebuildable products, drip tips, and coils.
• Damage resulting from improper use or unauthorised repairs.
• Defects caused by normal wear and tear or ageing.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide:

• The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
• The item in its original packaging with all components and accessories included.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective.
